LinkedInRobert is a multi-generation entrepreneur and serial founder. He is the Founder and CEO of Sobo, an AI-powered marketplace that helps small and midsize businesses diagnose their most critical challenges and connect with vetted fractional experts who can solve them.
Robert founded Core12 in 2009, a security-first managed IT and consulting firm serving architecture, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and other professional services companies. Over 16 years, he built Core12 into a profitable, enduring business, gaining deep, firsthand experience with the operational, financial, and leadership challenges faced by SMBs.
That experience directly informed the creation of Sobo—a platform designed to solve the very problems Robert witnessed throughout his career.
Earlier in his career, Robert served as IT Director for multiple mid-sized firms in the architecture and engineering industries, working closely with executive teams on technology strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
Robert holds a degree from the University of West Florida and an MBA from Georgia State University, graduating in the top 1% of his class.
A Florida native, Robert lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children. He serves on multiple boards and is active in his local community and church.
"Every business, regardless of size, deserves access to the same level of strategic guidance that large corporations enjoy. That's why we built Sobo."
